- Please note that the price stated in the order confirmation is the final price including logo print, cardboard labels and ltransparent label inserts, and standard packaging.
- Despatch is made door to door by courier (DDU).
- Payment of the invoice is to be made by cheque on receipt of goods and invoice. Other agreements are only valid if they are confimed in writing. If payment is delayed, we may ask for 2 % dunning charges and interest.
- Terms of payment previously agreed on may be altered if the creditworthy rating shows that the solvency of the company is doubtful, or if there are repeated delays in payment. Further deliveries may be made against payment in advance or against guarantees such as bank guarantees. We also have the right to withdraw from the contract and we reserve the right to claim further damages.
- Designs, drawings, films, printing blocks, embossings, engravings and tools, documents or other means produced by us or third parties for the production process, remain our property even if the buyer has been invoiced and has paid for them in part.
- We make every effort to keep to the standard delivery time provided that raw materials are supplied in time. The buyer is neither entitled to withdraw from the contract nor give notice of default, he may not buy the ordered goods elsewhere, claim damages or default charges in the case of inevitable delays in delivery. In cases where we agree to a withdrawal from the contract, all costs incurred by this contract will be borne by the buyer.
- If situations arise which prevent us from delivering, such as force majeure, strikes, embargoes, breakdowns, interferences by state institutions and authorities or similar circumstances, we are not obliged to deliver for the duration of the interference.
- The quantity of the delivery may be plus/minus 10%.
- We agree to deliver the goods ordered in line with the agreed product specifications to the best of our knowledge. The buyer is still obliged to check material and technical properties of the goods, and their suitability for the intended use.
- We can only onsider complaints about quantity, quality and price within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Faulty goods are replaced free of charge, or a credit note is issued for the invoiced amount, if Unisto is responsible for the fault. We cannot acknowledge any further claims.
- Reservation of title: The delivered goods remain our property until we receive full payment of every open invoice (drafts and cheques until they are honoured). The buyer may not pledge delivered goods with reservation of title to third parties or transfer them as a security deposit until payment is made in full. The buyer must inform us immediately of any seizure by a third party. If the goods are sold before payment is made, the proceeds or the claims are ceded to Unisto.
- The copyright regulations apply to drafts, drawings, etc. They may not be passed on to third parties.
- We have the right to place our company or brand name on the delivered goods in an appropriate way even without the buyer's special approval.
- We are not obliged to check existing brand names and patent rights when we receive an order for their reproduction on drawings, drafts and in any other manner. The buyer is responsible for the rights of reproduction when placing the order with their design.
- Place of performance and place of jurisdiction for delivery and payment is Constance.
- Other conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing.
- Otherwise the legal regulations apply.
- We are permitted, and the buyer grants permission, for Unisto to process and save the buyer's data concerning business transactions - as long as federal data protection laws are observed.
